GENERAL INFORMATION

Office hours:

Offiten is open from 8:30am to 8:00pm every weekday. During theses hours we maintain a full telephone answering
and secretarial services. For those with an office rental at Offiten they can have 24 hours access free.

Punctually box-offices and meeting-rooms Services.

Secretarial

Our permanent staff of fully qualified secretaries may be hired on an hourly basis for work and copy typing.

Coping

We have two high volume photocopiers located in the building.

Faxes

You may either bring your own equipment, using a OFFITEN line, or use ours. We have three fax machines available for
transmitting and receiving your faxes.

Postage

You may deliver your mail to reception who will frank and deliver to the Post office daily.

Offices charges and terms

The offices are different and therefore costs vary depending upon location and size.

Our offices are from 12m2 to 25m2 and there is the possibility to connect some of them.

The rates are from 89.000Pts/monthly (535 Euros) up to 200.000Pts/monthly (601 Euros).

Internet Connection Service.

Every office has its own Internet Connection with an e-mailbox per each workstation.
